I've tried getting ahold of Phoenix but their customer support leaves quite a bit to be desired, and they have to answer the phone/respond to me so I can send my pistol in for warranty repair. This was about 3 months ago, and I've tried firing it since to see if any excess lubrication that could have gotten in there had dried but no luck. I detail stripped it to check for excessive oil/lubrication in firing pin hole and to make sure the firing pin wasn't damaged or any broken springs. ![]() I took it to the range on a Friday put 100 rounds through the pipe, took it home and cleaned it, then on Saturday I took it back out but it wouldn't fire. but I will say it is/was finicky with ammo, and as soon as it hit exactly 500 rounds it stopped firing. ![]()
